CONTAINERMAX
Containermax is a series of generating sets from 500kVA to 1.400kVA designed for rental and suitable for continuous heavy duty application. For what concerns the special characteristics of their assembly, these generating sets can withstand operating in very adverse environmental conditions, such as, for example, salty or dusty environments or tropical climate.
The 20' HIGH CUBE container of the Containermax series is particularly strong thanks to the special reinforced structure (designed by our technical department). The container has been designed and built in order to allow the perfect cooling of the engines and to reduce the noise level during operation.
CONTAINERMAX, lifting system
4 lifting points
The lifting system of the 20' HIGH CUBE CONTAINER, as well as the twistlocks and the fork lift pockets, include 4 lifting points on the roof that are barycentral and DNV certifi ed. Accessing the top of the roof is very easy thanks to the 4 external steps. The lifting system of the Containermax series has many advantages compared to the standard containers, such as:
- Lower height of the hook
- Lower stress on the structure of the container
- Easy moving operation
- Lifting eyes with DNV certifi cation
CONTAINERMAX, the cooling system
This cooling system is equipped with a larger radiator, specifi cally treated to withstand high humidity and a saltyenvironment. The radiator and the engine/alternator compartments are kept separate inside the container toimprove their performance. In addition, this special design also allows to:
- Lower the noise level
- Reduce by 70% the air fl ow inside the engine/alternator room
