TECNOGEN AND CEAR: A DAY TO GET TO KNOW EACH OTHER AND BUILD TEAM SPIRIT

On 25 June 2026, Tecnogen hosted a Team Building day with colleagues from CEAR, a new company that has joined the BGG Group’s growth journey.

The initiative provided an important opportunity to meet in person, get to know each other better and begin building new relationships beyond everyday work activities.

The day began with a welcome session, followed by a presentation of the HB4 Group and a screening of the docufilm L’Inventore del Levante, dedicated to the entrepreneurial story of Giuseppe Calabrese.

The story offered a meaningful opportunity to share a vision of business founded on a strong connection with the local area, innovation and the ability to create long-term value: principles now fully shared by the Group’s different companies.

The CEAR colleagues then visited the Tecnogen production facility and the Hydrogen Circular Park, gaining first-hand insight into projects, technologies and expertise that could provide common ground for future collaborations.

Later in the afternoon, the focus shifted to sport and conviviality, with table tennis, table football and volleyball tournaments, followed by a final dinner by the lake with food trucks.

Simple yet valuable moments, because it is often outside meetings and day-to-day operations that dialogue, trust and a genuine team spirit begin to grow.

A day filled with enthusiasm, energy and participation: a concrete first step towards getting to know each other better and creating new opportunities together.
