The Organizational and Management Model provided for by Legislative Decree 231/2001 (“Model 231”) aims to ensure conditions of correctness and transparency in the management of business and corporate activities, safeguarding its position and image, the expectations of its shareholders, and the work of its employees and collaborators.
The procedure aims to establish informative channels for a comprehensive and rigorous monitoring of reports to be forwarded to the Supervisory Body regarding issues related to the company’s administrative liability (violations of Procedures, the BGG Group Code of Ethics, and the Management, Organization, and Control Model adopted by TECNOGEN S.p.A).
